Privacy Policy — Pachisa

1. Summary

• Pachisa is a single-player card game played against two AI opponents.
• We do not collect, store or transmit personal information such as your name, email address, phone number or precise location.
• Game data (coin balance, settings, match history, daily reward streak) is saved only on your device.
• The app may show rewarded advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Those ads are governed by Google's own privacy policy.

2. Data stored on your device

Pachisa writes the following files inside the app's private storage on your device (Android's Application.persistentDataPath):

This data:

• Is stored locally on your device only.
• Is not uploaded, backed up or transmitted by the app to any server we operate — we do not operate a server.
• Is removed when you uninstall the app or clear the app's storage from Android's settings.

3. Personal information we do not collect

Pachisa does not collect, request, transmit or process:

• Your name, email address, phone number or postal address
• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts, photos, calendar, microphone or camera
• Device identifiers used for cross-app tracking (see §4 for ads)
• Health, financial, biometric or account credentials

The app does not create a user account and does not require sign-in.

4. Advertising

Pachisa may display rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. Rewarded ads are shown only when you deliberately choose to watch one in order to receive 50 virtual coins.

To serve and measure ads, Google may process:

• Your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID)
• Coarse device information (device model, operating system version, general network type)
• The IP address associated with the ad request
• Whether an ad was viewed to completion

We do not receive or store this information. It is handled by Google under Google's own privacy terms:

• Google Privacy Policy
• How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services
• Google Play services & privacy

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time from Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

5. Virtual coins

Coins shown inside Pachisa are a virtual in-game item used solely to play the game. They:

• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash, other currency or goods.
• Cannot be transferred between users or refunded.
• Are stored only on your device and are lost if the app is uninstalled.

Pachisa does not sell coins and does not accept real-money payments.

6. Children

Pachisa is a family-friendly card game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has been shown personalised advertising through the app, you can reset the Android Advertising ID as described in §4, or contact us.

7. Permissions the app requests

Pachisa requests only the permissions Android needs to display advertisements:

• INTERNET — required for AdMob to load ad content.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — required for AdMob to detect whether the device is online.

The app does not request access to contacts, storage, camera, microphone, location or any other sensitive permission.

8. Security

Because Pachisa does not transmit personal data, there is no data of yours in transit that we could intercept, lose or leak. Files stored on your device are protected by Android's standard app sandbox: other apps cannot read Pachisa's saved files unless the device is rooted.

9. Your choices

• Stop the app collecting anything at all — uninstall Pachisa. Uninstalling deletes all saved files listed in §2.
• Reset ad personalisation — Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• Withdraw consent to the Terms — exit the app when the acceptance screen is shown, or uninstall.

10. Third-party services

The only third-party service integrated in the app is Google AdMob, as described in §4. We do not integrate analytics SDKs, crash reporters, social login, chat, or push notification services.

11. Changes to this Policy

If the app's data handling changes in future versions, this Policy will be updated and the "Last updated" date at the top of the document will change. Continued use of Pachisa after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
