1. Acceptance and scope

By installing or using Pachisa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms apply to the Pachisa Android app and the information and materials provided on this website.

Pachisa is developed by JAQK Games India Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). If you use the app on a device owned or managed by someone else, you are responsible for following that device's rules and any applicable platform terms.

2. About the game

Pachisa is an entertainment card game for one person playing against two AI opponents. Each round starts with a card deal. You arrange five sets of three cards within the available time; the app ranks and compares those sets with the bots' sets. The first player to reach at least 25 points wins.

Difficulty, arrange timer and other settings may be available in the app. Detailed gameplay instructions appear in the app and on the How to Play section of this website. Gameplay rules and features may be adjusted in future versions.

3. Accounts and local progress

Pachisa does not require an account, sign-in or personal profile to play its core game. Your coin balance, settings, match history and daily reward streak are saved on your device, not on a server operated by us.

Because this progress is local, clearing the app's storage or uninstalling Pachisa removes it. We cannot restore a lost local coin balance, match history or settings from an account or cloud backup. See the Privacy Policy for the files stored on your device.

4. Virtual coins, stakes and rewards

Pachisa uses virtual coins as part of its gameplay. You may choose a virtual-coin stake before a match, and the app may award the virtual pot to the winner. Daily login rewards, hints and optional rewarded ads may also affect your in-game coin balance.

• Virtual coins exist only inside Pachisa and have no real-world monetary value.
• They cannot be sold, transferred to another person, exchanged for money or goods, or redeemed for a cash prize.
• They are saved locally on your device and are lost when the app is uninstalled or its storage is cleared.
• Availability and amounts of virtual rewards may change as the game is updated.

5. No real-money transactions

Pachisa does not sell virtual coins, offer in-app purchases, accept deposits, process withdrawals or award money or items of real-world value. A virtual-coin stake is an in-game scoring mechanism, not a financial payment. Playing Pachisa is not a way to earn income.

6. Optional rewarded advertisements

You may choose to watch a rewarded video advertisement to receive virtual coins. Rewarded ads are provided through Google AdMob and require an internet connection to load. You can play the core card game without choosing to watch an ad.

Ad availability and delivery depend on Google and your device's connection. Google may handle information related to an ad request under its own privacy terms. Our Privacy Policy explains the advertising data described in the app's published policy.

7. Acceptable use

Use Pachisa and this website for lawful personal entertainment. Do not interfere with the app or website, distribute modified versions as if they were official, or use our name and artwork to mislead others about who provides Pachisa.

You are responsible for using the app in a way that complies with applicable law and the rules of any app store or device you use. These Terms do not give you permission to use our branding or game content commercially.

8. Intellectual property

The Pachisa app, website, name, graphics, logos, card designs and other content are owned by JAQK Games India Private Limited or used with permission from their respective owners. You may use the app for its intended personal gameplay. No ownership of the app or its content is transferred to you.

9. Third-party services and links

Pachisa may use Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. This website also links to Google Play and Google's privacy information. Those third-party services have their own terms and policies. Pachisa is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC.

10. Availability and changes to the game

We may update, improve, change or discontinue game features, virtual rewards or website content. Some features, including rewarded ads, may be temporarily unavailable because of connectivity, device compatibility, maintenance or third-party service availability.

We aim to keep Pachisa working as described, but cannot promise that the app, website or every optional feature will always be available without interruption or error.

11. Warranties and consumer rights

Pachisa is provided for entertainment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app and website are provided without additional warranties about uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or a particular gameplay result.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any consumer rights, remedies or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of Pachisa or this website, including loss of locally stored game progress after an app uninstall, storage clear or device failure. We are also not responsible for interruptions in optional third-party advertisements.

This section does not limit liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, and it does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the app, website or applicable requirements change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using Pachisa and uninstall the app.
